The last building was tested at the beginning of November and we are now done. Thanks go to all involved who helped to get this over with quickly and painlessly.

Fixing Remaining Issues

ITCs have already individually been informed about issues remaining to be addressed in their group's offices.

Attached are the reports of issues to be fixed for some buildings. For buildings where there is no report all issues have been fixed already or we have one person that we already work together directly.

Groups have time until January 17th 2025 to address all remaining issues:

• ISG will assume travel adapters are not used in offices and just report these as fixed.
• Replace cables and power lines, they can be obtained from our service desk.
• Replace all non-Swiss power lines.
• Ask people to take non-compliant personal stuff home.
• Open GMIS requests for fixing issues for which facility management in your building is responsible.

Please write back to support@inf.ethz.ch and tell us the issue numbers that you could fix (numbers in first column).

Lessons Learned for Next Time

We will have to do this again in approximately five years. To make it easier next time both for you and ISG we plan to do the following things:

• Give the testers more autonomy to immediately fix or replace cables and power lines, to add permanent adapters to Schuko plugs.
• Inform users more aggressively that they should replace or put away non-compliant stuff before the tests.
