Ticketing System
All mail to
support@inf.ethz.ch goes to our
online ticketing system directly where it is handled by our service desk. For non-trivial issues we will also create a ticket for your when you come to our service desk in person or call.
When reporting a problem please be specific and include all relevant information and explain what exactly is not working and what you did so we can help you quicker.
Response Time
Tickets will typically be answered within one working day, meaning you will receive an answer from us with information on how your request will be processed.
Lending Items
Booked multimedia resources as well as a small number of other
lending items can be obtained at our service desk.
Please have your ETH card with you
Warehouse
Our
warehouse is open 24/7 for all
ITCs to pick up ordered items and select various common IT materials from our self service drawer cabinet.
