Copying Data
This topic explains how you can copy data to and from the cluster.

smb://student-files.inf.ethz.ch
on macOS (instructions are

You will see you a share for your home directory, a share called
courses
which is for the directory
/cluster/courses
and a share called
work
which is for
/work
.
Using SCP or SFTP
You can connect to
student-cluster.inf.ethz.ch
or
student-cluster2.inf.ethz.ch
using either
SCP or
SFTP.
On Linux you can use the plain
scp
command.
Nautilus, which comes with the Gnome desktop, also allows you to connect via
SFTP.
On Windows you can use
FileZilla or
WinSCP.
On macOS you can also use
scp
in a terminal or
FileZilla.
