If you don't want your hardware phone anymore, ETH IT Services recommends migrating to a softphone: https://itshop.ethz.ch/EndUser/ServiceCatalog -> Telephony -> Request for SoftphoneTelephone Administration
The administrative assistants of the various DINFK groups can request the right to manage their group's telephone administration themselves (new telephone number, telephone relocation, etc.).The rights to do so can be obtained from the our service desk.
